Payment Options

The tuition rates listed above can be paid as follows:

            One Payment:                  Receive 5% discount

            Two Payments:                 Receive 3% discount
                                                   1st payment by August 1st and 2nd payment by January 1st

            Ten Month Plan:               August 1st through May 1st
            Eleven Month Plan:           August 1st through June 1st

Payments in all plans are due in the office on the 1st of the month and a late charge of $25 will be applied to the account if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.  If a tuition account becomes 60 days delinquent, the child or children will be removed from school until the delinquent amount is paid in full or arrangements are made to pay.  If arrangements are made and the agreed upon arrangements are broken, the child or children will be removed from school.  In addition, reports cards and transcripts may be withheld until full payment is rendered.

PCA is a faith-based ministry and relies heavily upon the timely payments of its parents.

   Kindergarten Graduation Fee - $30 per student (due by May 1st)
   Technology Fee - $60 (K5-5th Grade) (due by Sept. 1 of each school year)
   Standardized Testing - $40 per student (due in March, test given in April)
   Science Lab Fees - $60 per Science class (9th-12th) (due by Sept. 1 of each school year)/
                                  $40 per Science class (6th-8th)
           Advanced Biology Lab Fee - $70
   Computer Classes - $60 per Computer class (8th-12th) (due by Sept. 1 of each school year)
   Graduation Fee - $150 per student (12th Grade Only) This fee includes diploma, diploma cover, cap, gown, tassel, and stole.

 

 
REGISTRATION FEE FOR NEW STUDENTS:
The non-refundable registration fee of $200 (per student/max $400) must accompany all completed registration forms to secure enrollment.

RE-REGISTRATION FEE FOR RETURNING STUDENTS:
Before March 30th - $100 per student
After March 30th thru April 30th - $125 per student
After April 30th thru June 30th - $160 per student
After June 30th - $200 per student
